Jill is an experienced facilitator, learning experience designer, and activator. She has extensive background in adult learning and program design in a broad cross-section of industries. 

Using a thoughtful and creative approach to learning, Jill designs interactive and immersive sessions to help learners build their creative confidence and shift their thinking.

She is a Certified Global Trainer for bikablo® (a unique and engaging form of visual facilitation) and certified Lego® Serious Play® facilitator. She also has a Certificate in Adult Education with a specialization in Workplace Learning.

Jill is committed to helping people, companies and organizations tap into their innovation and creativity to improve their collaborative problem-solving abilities. She reminds us of the importance of serious play - states of flow and great ideas often come when we can play and explore our ideas.

In her spare time, Jill plays soccer and volleyball, loves to travel and is a fan of board games.

“I believe having a shared understanding is critical to working effectively with others. Making our ideas visible creates a level of understanding that is often missed when we use words alone. Drawing concepts allows us to share our perspective in a tangible way and when you capture the ideas of others you demonstrate a deep level of listening that you've truly heard what others said. Not to mention, visualization is also more fun!”
