Our MVP Project invitations offer a unique chance to work with a highly skilled talent pool. Our learners, many with advanced post-secondary degrees and real-world experience, have also successfully completed our intensive essential skills program. Partner with us to access nearly 2,000 development hours or nearly 300 design hours from this exceptional group of emerging developers and designers. They offer strong problem-solving abilities and unwavering commitment to collaboration, laying the foundation for your project's success and long-term impact.

If your project is selected, we request a minimum donation of $1,500 to our bursary fund. This not only ensures cost-effective software development or design work for your project but also paves the way for the next generation of aspiring developers and designers.

How it Works:

Begin by completing the project submission form. Deadline to be considered for July 2024 cohort is April 26th, 2024.

Our team will carefully review each submission to ensure a precise match between your project with the experience and skills of our talented learners.

By May 1st, 2024, we will reach out to the 10 submissions that are best suited to leverage our exceptional talent between development projects and design projects.

Once you've accepted our engagement terms, you'll be introduced to your dedicated development team or design team. The exciting journey begins in early May, as you join forces to bring your project to life!

Through a diverse portfolio spanning numerous industries and powered by a wide range of technologies, our program brings together cohorts of accomplished learners. Each developer cohort comprises up to 5 teams, with each team consisting of 4-5 learners. These teams, armed with a wealth of prior work experience and a range of technical and non-technical degrees, unite to tackle the challenges of today's ever-evolving landscape. This unique blend of real-world experience and cutting-edge skills equips them to hit the ground running, while continuously building a portfolio that prepares them for the next step in their careers
